所谓顾客消费水准,就是顾客花钱的水平标准。比如某个顾客对烫头发能付得起的价格是1500~2000,那就他的消费水平,他对于1500~2000的烫发品质认知,就是她的消费标准,顾客的消费水平与消费标准简称为消费水准。

      有钱人未必舍得花钱,上班族未必花不起钱,每个人花钱,对不同的事物有不同的价值观,比如我就舍不得花钱买高价的衣服,但对吃的方面再多钱我都不心疼。那是我对衣服的消费水平低,但对吃的方面却消费水平高。一样花1000元买衣服,我对1000的衣服的要求很高,那是我对1000元的衣服的消费标准要求很高。但我对一餐饭花200元,却觉得很便宜,没啥好要求的,那是我对200元吃的消费标准要求低。有的人对汽车情有独钟,有的人对瘦身减肥的花费无可救药,这就是每个人对不同的事物有不同的价值观,而这些花钱的价值观造就所谓的消费水准。

      可悲的是,女人对头发大都花不起钱,又要求高,也就是女人对在头发花钱的消费水平很低,但相对的对头发的消费标准要求却很高。这是因我们美发人没有教育顾客对头发的正确消费观念,以致于顾客对美发的消费水准低落。

      我们该如何建立顾客对头发正确的消费观念呢?

      比如说从女性心理分析,女为悦己者容,所谓悦己,

   一、是取悦自己喜欢的人(世上没有丑女人只有懒女人),男人看女人,先看头, 再看身体,若头不好看,男人是没有兴趣再看下去的。
   二、是取悦自己(有自信的女人最美),而女人看自己,也都是只看自己的头,你看女人拿的镜子都很小,连梳妆台或浴室的镜子,也都只有照上半身就可以发现了!
