水准的意思，水是水平，准是标准，所以没有水准，就是没有标准的意思。而水准的高低就是水平的高低，很多人都说美发技术是美的行业，每个人的审美观不同，无法定标准，这是不了解水准的意思。美是没有标准，但技术一定有标准。就如同麦当劳与肯德基的薯条，全世界都一样的标准，这就是她们的能行销全世界的水准，但是两家的口味就是不同，吃过的人都知道，这是水平的差异，你能说她们的炸薯条没技术？但哪个口味好？见仁见智，那是每个人对口味的喜好不同所产生的差异，就如同美是没有标准一样

      技术的水准决定了我们服务的品质，而品质的好坏决定了顾客的存续，不可不慎！
