技术者在升上设计师时必经的心路历程:

     第一关:怕顾客,不敢面对顾客,怕顾客不接受她。

     第二关:迎合顾客,只要顾客愿接受他,指定他服务,就好兴奋。

     第三关:希望顾客认同他的专业技术,配合设计师的专业能力,让设计师自由发挥她的技术。

     第四关:建立顾客的专业信赖或人格信赖,尊重顾客的需求,以满足顾客需求为职志。

     第五关:将美发视为终生的志业,将工作融入生活中,与顾客互动亦师亦友,从工作中得到充实与快乐。

     第六关:将内心的体悟与快乐,无私的分享晚辈,将传承作为晚年生涯的重心。

     以上每一关,都需依序渐进学习成长,无法跳越,因每个人学习的精进度不同,也许一生都停留再第三关、第四关至终老。

     当技术者,在人生的角色转为管理者时,在管理的职场上,依然须由第一关开始学习起,只是面对的,由顾客转为员工而已,内在心态的成长学习,与当设计师完全相同,只是与员工互动的方式跟顾客不同,因顾客没有像员工一样与妳朝夕相处,与员工互动的方式应如亲子教育,以身教来代替言教。

     主管若能回顾当设计师时的心路历程,内化为主管的学习历程,将会让你在主管的学习时程缩短很多。

     将以往成长的经验不断的回顾,将从中体悟出来的人生历练,用在婚姻关系、亲子关系、或婆媳关系、甚至他行他业亦可通。其实自己就是我们最好的老师,鉴己为师,只要内省何需他求?这就是古人常说的,反求诸己,因此融会贯通,而能触类旁通的道理。
